Scott is the Senior Manager of the ComEd REACTS Engineering and Program Management organization. He manages teams of program managers, engineers and designers that develop the advanced communications network ComEd is currently deploying across northern Illinois. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from DePaul University.
