During this session, utility members can present lessons learned during a disaster. Utility members can discuss how they managed their customers and utility assets during a natural disaster. Power is important, but so are assets. How do you rebuild the power and the other infrastructure assets at the same time? Currently HECO is experiencing a natural disaster, but Orlando Utilities have experienced several hurricanes. What are the lessons learned? How do you get the power back on and support your other customer requests?
