Arturo Moreno is a telecommunications engineer with over twenty five years of experience, since then he has experienced the evolution of the SRP Telecom Networks, he has worked on Fiber, Microwave, Corporate Telephone Switches, Channel Bank Technologies, Sonet, DWDM, and various Packet Network Technologies.

Arturo has Bachelor’s in Egineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Hermosillo, Mexico.
