CONFERENCE APP AND ONSITE EVENT WEBSITE
To get started, scan the QR code or click on your mobile device link option below to download the conference app. Use the credentials sent by Denise Weathers from denise.weathers@utc.org to log into the App and the T&T24 event website. MRA has a designated area outside the main terminal for drop-offs and pickups. This area is located on the southwest corner of the main terminal.

Taxi service is outside the departure doors: approximately $11.00 or $2.50 for the first 1/10 mile.

WHAT TO PACK
The attire is business casual except for the Golf Tournament on Tuesday (collared shirts are required at the golf course) and the networking events. We recommend you bring a sweater or jacket, as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. Some events occur outside in the evening when the weather cools, so bring appropriate clothing options.

First-time Attendees: If this is your first UTC Telecom & Technology Conference, read Rusty Williams, UTC’s new President and CEO, ’s article “Where do I Start?” It offers great tips and insights on preparing for and attending the conference.
REGISTRATION
All registered attendees will receive an email containing a QR code to scan and print their badge. The email will come from admin@utc.org the week before the conference. Please print out the QR code and bring it with you, or have the code displayed on your phone for contactless check-in at the registration desk. There will be a $50 fee to reprint a badge.
Please check in at the UTC T&T24 Registration Desk before attending conference sessions or events. There, you will receive your name badge and other conference materials.
All conference attendees, including presenters and exhibitors, must wear their conference badge to access conference sessions and the exhibit hall, except for presenters who are only attending to present.
